Agreement Form

Please note that participants are required to review and sign a brief agreement to ensure the confidentiality and commitment of all cold callers.

Training Program

1.1 The Company agrees to provide the Student with access to the dialer for real-time cold calling experience ("Training").

  • In order to affirm that you have read and comprehended every detail within this agreement form, please write the phrase "I agree" in the space provided below each statement in this agreement. This will serve as confirmation that you have carefully reviewed and understood the contents of the agreement.

Training Duration and Fees

2.1 The Training will be provided to the Student FREE of charge as long as the Student continues to use the credentials provided by the company consistently, based on our agreed-upon schedule for making calls

 Student's Obligations

3.1 The Student acknowledges and agrees to the following obligations:

(a) The Student must sign up and register to use the dialer by providing accurate and complete information as requested by the Company.

(b) The Student shall keep any login credentials or access codes provided by the Company confidential and not share them with any third parties.

(c) The Student shall abide by all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Company during the Training.

(d)The Student shall not contact or attempt to hire any members of the Company's team without the prior written consent of the Company.

(e) The Student is prohibited from disclosing their personal contact information to any prospect, including but not limited to their contact number and email address.

(f) The Student acknowledges that access to the dialer is contingent upon consistent use of their assigned account. Should the Student fail to log in using their account for a consecutive period of 5 days, the Company reserves the right to automatically remove the Student's access. The Student will not be granted access again unless prior notice is provided to the Company, and the Company deems the reasons for the absence acceptable. The Company's decision in this regard shall be final.

3.2 The Student agrees to the "Attitude of Gratitude" clause. This includes posting frequently about the program, highlighting the people helping them out, and expressing what they've learned and the value they are getting.

Dialer Materials and Intellectual Property

4.1 All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, documents, recordings, and any other resources provided by the Company during the Training, are the exclusive property of the Company. The Student shall not reproduce, distribute, or disclose such materials to any third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.

Commission, Liability Limitation, and Entire Agreement

5.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Training, including but not limited to any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

5.2 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Training, including but not limited to any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

5.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understanding or agreement, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
