By joining the No Excuses Program, you agree to the following:

Respect the resources provided:
- Training materials, scripts, and tools are for your personal use only. Please do not share copy or distribute them outside the program.

Participation and effort:
- This program is designed to give you the tools and environment to practice wholesaling and sales skills. Your results depend on your own effort and consistency, no outcomes are guaranteed.

Gratitude and acknowledgement
- If you find value, a simple shout-out or testimonial on social media is always appreciated.

Costs and responsibilities
- There are no charges from us for training, CRM access and support.
  - The only out-of-pocket costs is for calling/texting credits through Twilio (the provider where you'll purchase your phone number, send texts and make calls)

- Free REICB CRM account (yours to keep even if you exit the program).
- Targeted training with scripts and feedback.

If you leave the program
